By accessing and using StormRegistry ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StormRegistry shares reported storm activity for areas and lets homeowners ask about a roof inspection with a local roofer. An address or storm report cannot confirm damage to a specific roof.

3. Data Disclaimer

StormRegistry is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) or the National Weather Service (NWS). Storm reports are for area context only; they do not establish roof damage, provide an inspection, or determine insurance coverage.

Ask a qualified roofer to assess your roof and contact your insurer directly about coverage or claims.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate address information when using the Service
  • You understand that area storm reports do not confirm the condition of your roof
  • Your contact details may be shared with local roofers only if you agree to the sharing statement when you submit an inspection request

5. Limitation of Liability

StormRegistry provides data on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data. In no event shall StormRegistry be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Inspection Request Follow-Up

The permission checkbox on the inspection request form applies to sharing your details with local roofers so they can contact you about that request. It does not sign you up for unrelated marketing messages. You can ask us to stop following up by contacting contact@stormregistry.com.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
