StormRegistry is a data aggregation platform that cross-references residential addresses against the NOAA Severe Weather Data Inventory (SWDI) to identify potential storm damage. We connect homeowners with local roofing contractors for physical inspections.

3. Data Disclaimer

StormRegistry is an independent data aggregator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) or the National Weather Service (NWS). All weather data is sourced from publicly available federal datasets and is provided for informational and preliminary verification purposes only.

The reports generated by StormRegistry do not constitute a professional roof inspection, engineering assessment, or insurance claim. We recommend consulting with a licensed contractor and your insurance provider for any property damage claims.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate address information when using the Service
  • You understand that results are based on federal weather data and do not guarantee the presence or absence of physical damage
  • You consent to being contacted by a local roofing partner if you submit your contact information

5. Limitation of Liability

StormRegistry provides data on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data. In no event shall StormRegistry be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. SMS & Communication Consent

By submitting your phone number through our inspection request form, you consent to receive SMS messages and phone calls from StormRegistry and its partner contractors regarding your property inspection. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
